Self-Help & Wellbeing Resources

This section of the WSM Counselling website provides a collection of free resources to support your wellbeing, self-reflection and personal development.

The resources include guided mindfulness and meditation videos, therapy tools, self-help materials, assessment questionnaires and other documents that may be useful during or outside of counselling.

All visitors to the website are welcome to explore and use these resources for their own personal use. The videos and guided exercises have been recorded by me and are designed to provide accessible opportunities for reflection, mindfulness and wellbeing.

Client Contract:

If you are a new client, you can access the relevant Client Contract below.

Online clients: A copy of the Client Contract will be emailed to the address provided through the online booking system. This will be discussed during your Initial Consultation. Before counselling sessions commence, you will need to return the completed and signed contract, or provide email confirmation that you agree to the terms, to: westonsupermarecounselling@gmail.com.

Face-to-face clients: Your Client Contract will be provided, discussed and completed in person as part of your initial consultation.

Self-Help and Therapy Resources:

Below you will find a range of resources that you are welcome to explore and use for your own personal wellbeing. These include practical therapy resources, self-reflection exercises, assessment questionnaires, mindfulness materials and other supportive information.

The resources are intended to complement your own wellbeing and, where appropriate, the work undertaken during counselling. They are not intended to replace professional medical or therapeutic advice.

Mindfulness and Meditation:

This section includes guided mindfulness and meditation videos recorded by me. You can use these in your own time as an opportunity to pause, reflect and develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

Emergency and Urgent Support:

If you require emergency or urgent professional assistance, please seek appropriate support rather than waiting for a response from WSM Counselling.

  • 999 — for emergencies requiring immediate assistance.

  • NHS 111 — for urgent medical or mental health support.

  • Your GP — for medical advice, assessment and ongoing support.

  • Samaritans — for someone to talk to if you are struggling or need emotional support.

If you are currently in immediate danger or believe you may be at risk of seriously harming yourself or someone else, please seek emergency help immediately.

A resource for everyone:

These resources are freely available to anyone, whether or not you are a client of WSM Counselling. They are provided for personal reflection, self-help and wellbeing.
