Inspirational Quotations:

Some may be more pertinent to you than others; that’s fine. As you read through each proverb, note which statements resonate with you. You may like to take one or two and use this/these as a stimulus to work on in your own life over the forthcoming days, weeks and months. When it becomes an embedded part of your daily living, you are likely to find you have additional tools in which to manage more of the complexities and challenges that come with day to day life. We often call this ‘resilience’.
